Vois.com Files Preliminary Information Statement to Forward Split Its Common Stock
Tuesday July 8, 8:22 am ET

BOCA RATON, FL–(MARKET WIRE)–Jul 8, 2008 — VOIS Inc., http://www.vois.com (pronounced “Voice”), (OTC BB:VOIS.OBNews) (OTC BB:VOISW.OBNews) announced today that it has filed a preliminary information statement with the SEC to effect a forward stock split of all of the outstanding shares of our common stock at a ratio of up to 30 for one (30:1), in an amount and on a future date to be fixed by our Board of Directors, in their sole discretion. For example, should the Board of Directors determine to effect a forward split on a 10-for-1 ratio, 100 shares of common stock outstanding prior to the split becomes 1,000 shares post-split. A complete record of the filing may be found on the SEC’s EDGAR system at the following link: www.sec.gov. As the information statement is subject to review and comment by the SEC, the company cannot presently anticipate the earliest date the Board of Directors could fix for a forward stock split. The timing of the forward split and the ultimate ratio will be determined by the Board of Directors at a future date based upon a number of factors, including market conditions, and it is possible that the Board will not proceed with the forward split. The authority to undertake the forward split will expire on December 31, 2008.

VOIS will make additional filings with the SEC and additional public announcements at such time as the Board of Directors decides to effect a forward stock split which will provide information as to the definitive ratio and timing.

VOIS Outsourcing – On Demand Work

May 19, 2008

A lot of times companies fail to define the strategy of what they want to achieve out of outsourcing. Often times it’s an initiative to cut cost, to get a quick fix, and that in itself normally doesn’t yield the results that they want long term. So, crisply defining what is the problem statement, what is the end point that they want to achieve, is very important. The outsourcing provider needs to bring experience not only to the industry, but they need to help the customer identify and build a business case to see if it makes sense to outsource. In addition to that, the outsource provider needs to have innovation built into the plan. They need to look at just not taking over the business and getting immediate results in the first year, but how can we help this company grow and move forward and add increased capabilities long term? All of that is achieved through due diligence. It is really important for the outsource provider to have the skill set and the ability to assess
the current state that the customer is in today and balance that against their longterm strategy.

VOIS Freelance – What is Outsourcing

May 16, 2008

Outsourcing is subcontracting a process, such as product design or manufacturing, to a third-party company. The decision to outsource is often made in the interest of lowering firm costs, redirecting or conserving energy directed at the competencies of a particular business, or to make more efficient use of labor, capital, technology and resources. Outsourcing became part of the business lexicon during the 1980s. Many companies have used outsourcing to freelancers around the world to help keep costs down. This can also be referred to as On Demand Work, or On Demand Workforce

An extremely easy way of earning income is becoming a freelancer. Tens of thousands of people every day choose to become their own boss by working as a freelancer. If you have a skill or talent, your services are highly needed in the internet industry and it is absolutely possible for you to make excellent money by doing what you know and love. You can even keep your day job and freelance at night! Many website owners choose to use a freelancer for a variety of reasons, including that they do not have enough time to do the work themselves, they do not possess the specific knowledge, and freelancers generally are cheaper and work quicker!

Freelancers usually have almost no overhead costs, generally they work out of their own home and do not have any employees they have to pay. Additionally, by working out of their own home they do not have the type of running expenses that a larger business will have, this means that they can offer clients a more competitive and cheaper price for their services.

There are freelancers in a large variety of areas and if you possess specific qualities and experience the client wants you will have no troubles in finding work. There are many websites available all over the internet that are dedicated to helping freelancers find work such as www.vois.com. Other terms that are similar to freelancing, are On Demand Work, Outsourcing, Home Sourcing.
